À l’Hôpital régional d’Edmundston, le 17 juillet, à l’âge de 84 ans et 6 mois, est décédé, M. Elude Collin, domicilié à Edmundston, époux de Mme Gaëtane Soucy, fils de feu M. Laurent Collin et de feu Mme Jeannette Fecteau.
Outre son épouse, il laisse dans la peine mais également avec de merveilleux souvenirs, ses enfants : Denise Collin (Craig Bonenberger), Nancy Gove (Dan Gove), Charles Collin (Jackie), Steve Collin (Paula), Tina Landry (Robert) et Peggy Collin (T.J.), ses petits-enfants : Mathieu, Robin, Jason, Jenna, Curtis, Chelsea, Karianne, Tommy, Derick, Dale, Andy et Cody, ses arrière-petits-enfants : Keagan, Bentley, Gracie, Madilynn, Isabella, Elliot, Myles, Jaxon, Karter, Laura-Maude et Emmitt, ses frères et sœurs : Claudette Picard (Antoine), Henriette Bourgoin (Claude), Guildo Collin (Manon), Guilmond Collin, Jocelyne Nadeau (feu Rino), Carole Desjardins (Danny), Alain Collin (Mona), Armand Collin (Fernande) et Jacinthe Collin. Il repose maintenant auprès de son fils Marc, ses parents, son frères Oneil et sa sœur Micheline.
Les funérailles auront lieu le lundi 24 juillet 2023 à 11 h en la Cathédrale Immaculée-Conception avec inhumation au cimetière paroissial.
La famille de M. Elude Collin accueillera parents et ami(e)s à compter de 19h dimanche à la Résidence funéraire Bellavance du 153 chemin Canada à Edmundston. Les heures de visites seront dimanche de 19 h à 21 h et lundi de 9 h à 10 h 30.
M. Collin était membre des Chevaliers-de-Colomb, 3e Degré, Conseil 1932, Mgr-W.-J.-Conway d’Edmundston et 4e Degré Assemblée 619, Mgr-W.-J.-Conway d’Edmundston.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Elude Collin, husband of Gaëtane Soucy, resident of Edmundston, son of Mr. Laurent Collin and of late Mrs. Jeannette Fecteau. He passed away on July 17, 2023, at the Edmundston Regional Hospital, at the age of 84 years and 6 months.
He is survived by his wife, his children : Denise Collin (Craig Bonenberger), Nancy Gove (Dan Gove), Charles Collin (Jackie), Steve Collin (Paula), Tina Landry (Robert) and Peggy Collin (T.J.), his grand-children: Mathieu, Robin, Jason, Jenna, Curtis, Chelsea, Karianne, Tommy, Derick, Dale, Andy et Cody, his great-grand-children: : Keagan, Bentley, Gracie, Madilynn, Isabella, Elliot, Myles, Jaxon, Karter, Laura-Maude and Emmitt, his brothers and sisters : Claudette Picard (Antoine), Henriette Bourgoin (Claude), Guildo Collin (Manon), Guilmond Collin, Jocelyne Nadeau (late Rino), Carole Desjardins (Danny), Alain Collin (Mona), Armand Collin (Fernande) and Jacinthe Collin. He was predeceased by his son Marc, his parents, his brother Oneil and his sister Micheline.
The funeral will be held on Monday July 24th, 2023 at the Cathédrale Immaculée-Conception with the burial at the parish cemetery.
The family of Mr. Elude Collin will receive relatives and friends from 7 p.m. Sunday at the Bellavance Funeral Home located at 153 Canada Road in Edmundston. Visiting hours will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Monday.
The family wishes to sincerely thanks the staff of Extra-Mural Program, the staff and Doctors of the Edmundston Regional Hospital and the Muscular Distrophy Canada Association.
